What are my shipping & delivery options
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
What if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.
I didn't get a confirmation email. What do I do?
Email us at email@example.com It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.
What do I do if something is out of stock?
Sign up for the waitlist. You'll be the first to know if we restock.
What is the status of my order?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 Business Days. Check the status of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping email.
Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5 - 25 business days to deliver. Shipping for all other regions will be calculated at check out.

Free shipping is not valid on international orders. Additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to international orders. These fees are calculated and due at checkout. Don't see your country? Tell us where you are from at email@example.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Most US orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Posters, and speciality items and do not qualify for free shipping. International shipping varies by country and is calculated at checkout. Iceland shipments are subject to additional duties and taxes upon delivery.
I messed up my address! Can I fix it?
Email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
BLINDED BY RAINBOWS is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but you can email us at email@example.com and we will try our best help you. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of placing your order and so long as your item remains unopened. Please understand that our items are limited and we might not have your desired size. We cannot exchange one item for a different item.

Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of placing your order and we will try our best to find a solution. Please include your order number in the subject line.

How long does the refund take to process?
It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.
We reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.
Please note that we are a small team trying our best to answer all your questions as quickly as possible. We would also like to highlight that it may take slightly longer to respond to certain queries. Sometimes we must wait for a response from our third-party partners before we can offer you a solution.
