Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using our secure shipping partners. We are shipping to Australia, and the United States, at this time.

Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but may not be able to do so. Upon certain requests, we may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blinded by Rainbows is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on our shipping carrier’s website.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@blindedbyrainbows.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
